A 16-year-old boy has to appear in the Oslo District Court next week. He was charged with raping a girl his own age in Huk, Oslo on May 1 last year.

The boy, now 16, has been charged under Section 292 of the Penal Code for obtaining sexual relations through an act of violence or intimidation. Penalties are up to 15 years in prison.

The incident occurred on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at midnight, when I was 15 and a half years old. The boy forced the girl to her knees and then pushed her against a wall and raped her, according to the indictment.

The boy is also accused of stealing the girl’s bank card. This was used by him later that night to purchase goods and services in Oslo and Drammen for her 1,100 Norwegian kroner.

According to the indictment, the 16-year-old was also accused of possessing a child-sexualized video.

The Oslo District Court has set aside three days for the case to begin in court on Monday.
