There will be a 21st salute by the Royal Bermuda Regiment tomorrow. [Sept 9] In memory of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

A spokesperson said: “Government House is recommending that Her Excellency the Governor and her office observe mourning tonight following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

“tomorrow [9th September 2022]Weather permitting, a 21-gun salute commemorates the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. It is performed by the Royal Bermuda Regiment at noon at Government House.

“The governor would like to welcome the public to join her in observing this event. You can park.

“To arrange access, please call 292-3600. Members of the public should arrive by 11:40.

“Please note that given the pending weather, a final decision will be made at 8am and the Government House will update the public.”
