Chris Rock has announced two London tour dates with fellow comedian Dave Chappelle.

His pair will perform at the O2 Arena on September 3rd and 4th of this year. It was announced on social media.

It was after both men were assaulted on the stage of a show in the United States earlier this year.

Rock was slapped by Will Smith at the 94th Academy Awards after joking with the actor’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, about her short haircut.

As a result of the now infamous incident, Smith resigned from the academy and was banned from Oscar for 10 years.

Chapel was also beaten during a show at the Hollywood Bowl venue in Los Angeles last month.

When posting news of the London show on Instagram, Locke wrote:

Tickets will go on sale on Friday.
