Last year, civil servants were given a 0.3-month mid-year bonus and a 1-month year-end bonus. Junior grade people also received an additional lump sum last year.

“The pandemic emphasizes the importance of strong public services, and the government is deeply grateful for the diligence and patience of all civil servants who have contributed to the COVID-19 battle and Singapore’s economic recovery,” said PSD. I am.
