Claire’s Peter Duggan and Rory Hayes were cleared to line up for a county clash with Wexford on Saturday.

The pair, along with Galway’s Cianan Fahy, were each banned from one match.

As reported by the Irish examiner, the suspension proposed by the Central Competition Management Committee was technically rejected.

It is understood that the Central Hearing Commission has ruled that there is a procedural issue regarding the ban.

The suspension of Dagan and Hayes followed the final meeting of Banner’s Münster Harling with Limerick.

Faye is now free to line up for tribal people when playing Cork in Saturday’s doubleheader opening game at Sarris.
