SINGAPORE: Workers’ Party (WP) official Daniel Goh said on Saturday (September 3) that the party had convened a disciplinary committee to investigate his Facebook posts about Raisa Khan.

He said on Facebook that the post was related to how the Workers’ Party handled the “Raisa Khan issue” in parliament.

Khan resigned last November after admitting to lying to Congress. She was found guilty of abusing parliamentary privileges and fined S$35,000. Meanwhile, party leaders Pritam Singh and Faisal Manap were referred to the prosecution after investigations by the Privileges Committee.

A Labor Party spokesperson declined to comment on the matter when contacted by the CNA.
