Denton Williams resigns as chief of Bermuda regulator [RA].

“Mr. Williams has been with the organization for over three and a half years as RA’s first Bermudian CEO.
“During his tenure, RA developed, established and administered Bermuda’s first integrated resource plan, consumer protection principles, a framework for issuing new entrants to the electronic communications sector through integrated communications licenses, and regulation of the submarine cable sector. We are in a position: future sectors if necessary, such as fuel.
“The RA team wishes him good luck and continued success.”
Williams said: The work was intense and sometimes challenging. We are proud of the RA team and our accomplishments over the years. They are dedicated professionals with an outstanding work ethic. As an organization, we are confident that RA will continue to build on its many successes. “
