SINGAPORE – Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will have an audience with Malaysian King Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah and meet Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Ya’acob during his visit to Malaysia from Sunday to Wednesday.
This will be his first official visit to Malaysia since he took office as deputy prime minister in June.
Wong, who is also Finance Minister, will also meet with Defense Minister Hishammuddin Hussein, Finance Minister Teng Zahrul Aziz, Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia No Shamsia Mohd Yunus and other politicians and business personalities. .
He will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Finance, Communications and Information.
