DUBAI, 11 August 2022 (WAM) — On Thursday, Dubai’s property market recorded 508 sale transactions worth AED 1,555 million, followed by 107 mortgage transactions worth AED 879.54 million and Ten gift transactions worth AED 29.32 million were recorded. Data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) shows.

Sales included 406 villas and apartments valued at AED 786.55 million, 102 parcels of land valued at AED 762.02 million and mortgages with 82 villas and apartments valued at AED 587.99 million. It included apartments and 25 parcels of land valued at AED 291.55 million, resulting in gross real estate. Today’s transaction volume exceeds AED 2.4 billion.
