Dubai, July 15, 2022 (WAM)-The total amount of real estate and real estate transactions for the week ending July 15, 2022 was 5.5 billion dirhams. The total number of transactions was 1,614.

According to data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 186 plots were sold for 594.72 million dirhams and 1,004 apartments and villas were sold for 2.43 billion dirhams.

According to the DLD Weekly Report, the top three transactions were land sold at Ras Al Khor Industrial First for 32.91 million dirhams, followed by Al Merkadh at 19.41 million dirhams and Ras Al at 32.91 million dirhams. Khor Industrial came in 3rd place.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions this week, with 105 sales transactions worth 262.43 million AEDs. Jabal Ali First came in third with 35 sales transactions worth 101.75 million AEDs and Al Yufrah2 with 12 sales transactions worth 15 million AEDs.

The top three apartment and villa transfers were sold in Burj Harifa for 317 million dirhams, Alwasul for 240 million dirhams, and third in Palm for 191 million dirhams. It was an apartment. Jumeirah.

The total mortgage property for the week was 2.06 billion dirhams, the highest was the Burj Khalifa building, which had a mortgage loan of 550 million dirhams.

Eighty properties worth 479 million dirhams were granted to one relative.
