Dubai, June 20, 2022 (WAM)-Dubai’s real estate market saw 117 mortgage transactions at A $ 278.84 million and eight gift transactions at A $ 7.69 million on Monday, plus A $ 1.2 billion. Recorded a considerable 501 sales transactions. Data released by the Dubai Land Authority (DLD) show.
Sales include 422 villas and apartments worth 42.34 million AEDs and 79 lots worth 263.52 million AEDs, and mortgages include 96 villas and apartments worth 234.5 million AEDs, 4,434. It included 21 lots worth 10,000 AEDs and brought the entire real estate. Today’s trading is over 1.4 billion AEDs.
