Abu Dhabi, July 6, 2022 (WAM)-HH Sheikhman Surbin Zayed Arnachan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, chaired today’s meeting of the Ministerial Development Council in Qasr Alwatan, Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, they discussed some laws, policies, initiatives, and the implementation of some economic policies aimed at attracting foreign investment.
The council also discussed various legislative policies covering domestic enterprises, aviation data protection, industrial facilities, and post-sector governance.
On government issues, the council discussed the Federal National Council’s recommendations on the Ministry of Justice’s policy on family guidance and considered a state audit of the Aruetihad Credit Bureau in 2021.
The council also provided the results of the 116th meeting of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and the report of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on the “Article 4 Consultations of 2021”, as well as June 2022. UAE participation in the annual meeting of the Islamic Development Bank’s board of directors in Egypt in March.
