Ajman, June 22, 2022 (WAM)-Prince of Ajman, HH Sheikh Anmar Binfmaid Arnu Aimi, issued Emily Resolution 9 of 2022 to reorganize the board of directors of the Ajman Cultural Sports Club. ..
Harifa Eisa al German al Nuaimi has been appointed chairman of the board of directors, with nine members serving for three years from the date of issuance of the resolution.
The Board of Directors shall continue to exercise its powers, hold meetings and make decisions without violating Emily Resolution 10 of 2016 and any other provisions contained in this Resolution.
The resolution will be published in the official bulletin and will come into effect on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
