Let’s do the truth. Few things can ease your love for shopping. Thankfully, our fun city is catching up with our demand, and the design scene seems to be expanding exponentially year by year. This year was particularly prolific. There are almost new stores to name, popping up and picking up not only the topic of the town, but also some of our biggest awards. But after a long discussion with our beloved panel members, we are proud to introduce our winners. So here is a basic guide to shopping in Reykjavik without any further effort. New store? win? Well, when a spectacular thing like Andorra comes, we are willing to break the tradition. The boutique focuses on selling high quality works produced in an ethical and eco-friendly way for women of all ages. “Their curation is great,” added one panel member. “They have a great combination of Icelanders and international designers. Somehow they’re filling a niche they didn’t even know we needed. They’ll be longevity and you I can already say, and I rarely feel it so strongly in such a new store. “So Bravo, Andorra.

Aftur had a sustainable design long before sustainability became part of the conversation. All of Aftur’s work by designer Bára Hólmgeirsdóttir has been completely reused, creating an ideal punk atmosphere for those who are obsessed with the dark side of street style.

Not to be confused with the states of the United States, Nebraska is another new addition to the scene that blew our panel with a wonderfully selected selection. “There is great potential in this place!” One panelist said of a Nebraska boutique. “It’s a special feeling to go there. They can say they’ll be one of the downtown taste-making stores, or they may already have one.”
