On the other hand, the land on the reserve list will not be immediately released for bidding, but will be available for application. The reserve list site is offered for bidding when the developer shows the lowest price accepted by the government.

The program has eight sites on the Reserve List, which can generate an additional 3,805 private residential units (including 1,000 EC units), a total floor area of ​​80,000 square meters of commercial space and 530 hotel rooms.

Of these, six are private housing sites (including two e-commerce sites), one is a white site, and one is a hotel site.

“The supply of reserve lists allows developers to choose the right site to start development if they evaluate it as in demand,” says URA.
