Bermuda Realty Company Limited held a meeting at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club on Wednesday 17th August to recognize members of the Professional Services team and Bermuda Realty Top Agents at Caldwell Banker.

“On April 1, 1953, LP Gutteridge Ltd. established its first real estate company, which became Bermuda Realty Company Limited in 1961. In 1998, the real estate agency began a partnership with Coldwell Banker. Professional services such as land surveying, appraisals and property management are provided by the Bermuda Realty team, while rental and sales services are provided through the company’s agents trading under Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty.
