Keanu Reeves delights locals at a Northamptonshire pub, with one resident saying the actor “made our year.”
The John Wick star was spotted Wednesday by a surprised pub-goer at The Fox and Hounds in Charwelton.
Diane King, 46, once went to a pub with her husband Jason and at first didn’t believe it was an actor from The Matrix.
“I didn’t really think it was him at first,” Mrs. King told PA.
“Why is Keanu Reeves at the local pub?
“He was very kind and asked me if I wanted a picture, and the funny thing is I did. Who wouldn’t?
The couple described the movie star as a “nice guy” and said the experience of meeting him was “an honor”.
“He’s a legend and I think my husband and I are still in top form,” Mrs King said.
“He made our year. What an honor.”
It is not clear why Mr Reeves was in Northamptonshire.
