Spacey, 62, will appear at the Westminster Administrative Court on Thursday at 10 am local time.

Spacey was also charged with “engaging a person in permeable sexual activity without consent” against the same man.
The fourth alleged sexual assault allegedly occurred in April 2013 in Gloucestershire, western England, against a third man, now in his thirties.
None of the alleged victims can be identified under English law.
Spacey’s famous career suddenly stopped in 2017 when actor Anthony Rapp accused Rapp of assaulting a star at a teenage party in the 1980s. Spacey denies that claim.

Spacey and Rapp are currently involved in civil proceedings and counterclaims in federal court in New York.
