Kuwait: The Kuwait National Athletics Team for the Disabled returned on Sunday after attending the French International Championships, one of the seven different medals-winning Athletics Grand Prix events for the disabled. Runner Faisal Al-Radihi won three gold medals and one silver medal, and teammate Faisal Sur won a silver medal at the shot put event. Abdallah Al-Enezi won silver and bronze medals in wheelchair driving.

Mansour al-Saheed, chairman of the Paralympic Athletics Committee, praised the achievements of the disabled team in the international championships. There are four players on the team, winning seven medals while competing with the best athletics players in the world. Al Salheed devoted victory to His Highness Amir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Javert al-Saber, Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal al-Ahmad al-Javert al-Saber, and Kuwait.
