Mikaela Pearman launched Mikaela Ian PR at the end of April, “providing bespoke communication services along with media and video coaching to help clients increase their influence and revenue by gaining media attention and exposure.”
Ms Pearman has over 15 years of media, communications and marketing experience. She began her journalist career in Bermuda at The Royal Gazette in 2007, she moved to Bermuda Sun in 2010 and she has also contributed to Bernews.
Pearman switched to public relations / marketing at a boutique agency that primarily represents hospitality and telecommunications clients and continued to work at the 35th America’s Cup. She then moved to Bermuda Skyport as a spokesman for LF Wade International Airport.
Pearman said: “Because of the gap in the market for true public relations and the need for Bermuda companies to access the types of strategic public relations services we offer, we launched Mika Elyan PR.
“Over the years, we have had the opportunity to shape the stories of large local initiatives like the America’s Cup and the LF Wade International Airport Redevelopment Project. These services share stories and corporate stories. We look forward to providing it to a wide range of companies that are aiming to shape. “
During her career, Ms. Pearman worked strategically with a variety of companies including Bermuda Skyport, the 35th Americas Cup, Canadian construction company Aecon, Bermuda Cable Vision, Coco Reef Resort and Elbow Beach Resort. We have provided various public relations support. For more information on Mikaela Ian PR, please visit www.mikaelaian.com or send an email to Ms Pearman (mikaela@mikaelaian.com).
