Norwegian reports continue to increase passenger traffic

In May, more than 1.6 million people flew with Norwegians. This is a 16% increase from last month.

Norwegian CEO Geir Karlsen said in a press release:

Punctuality means departing within 15 minutes of normal departure time, reaching 84.9% in May. The company said this was an increase of 2.3% from April.

“We are rapidly approaching the high season and we continue to have planned growth in our route programs to meet demand,” Karlsen added.

Norwegians say there were 1,628,040 passengers in May of this year, compared to 96,909 in the same month of 2021 Corona.
