A 32.2 km highway is under construction from the port of Liantang to the Jinqian’ao viaduct. It passes through three districts, including Guangdong Province in southern China, Luohu in Shenzhen, Longgang, and Hirayama.
Vehicles shall be free to pass if the entire highway is used. Currently, a part of the highway has been completed and is in operation.
This project aims to promote land transportation between mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in southern China and promote the development of the Greater Bay Area.
