Earlier this year, it was announced that seven new kindergartens would open in Punggol after parents struggled to find daycare.
According to the Early Childhood Development Agency, the new kindergarten will be developed by the end of the year and will provide an additional 220 early childhood care facilities and 1,700 childcare facilities.
