The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a notice this morning that anyone entering Zhuhai after June 15th must perform 14 days of home quarantine and self-monitoring of health.
Notices that people arriving from Macau on June 15th, including the same day, will report to the local community or hotel as soon as possible and implement a 7-day home quarantine and a 7 + 7 system split into 7-day homes. Pointed out that health monitoring should be done. Nucleic acid tests should be performed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th days.
Under this system, affected people cannot leave their homes for the first 7 days and can leave for the next 7 days only for very necessary reasons, not including returning to work or school. ..
Zhuhai officials also said that people in the designated red and yellow districts of Macau would need to complete a seven-day home quarantine in addition to a seven-day quarantine at the designated location.
After 6 am on June 19, 2022, people leaving the SAR from various border crossings must have a valid NAT result certificate within 24 hours for customs clearance.
On the other hand, anyone entering Macau from the Zhuhai-Hengqin border crossing must present a valid negative NAT performed in the last 48 hours.
A 48-hour mass nucleic acid test (NAT) drive also started at 12:00 pm in Macau.
Macau Health Authority has so far designated the locations of the following red and yellow codes after the discovery of 12 confirmed Covid-19 cases.
