Police found the bodies of missing girl Hebe Zwart and her caregiver Sanne Bos in a car.
The car, a black Kia Picanto, was spotted by a police helicopter after the search shifted to a new area on Wednesday night.
Police issued a yellow warning to 10-year-old Hebe on Tuesday.
Sanne Bos had taken Hebe from the day care facility in Raamsdonksveer to her home in Vught on Monday afternoon, but she did not arrive.
Police are now trying to determine why the car left the A59 motorway near the Empel junction with the A2. According to some reports, police found tire tracks on the road near where the car was found.
About 200 people have been involved in the search for the girl over the past three days.
