Pups in the Park returns for the second time this year. This time we visit his Marlay Park in Dublin.
The event was also held earlier this year, in partnership with the Dublin Animal Cruelty Prevention Association (DSPCA), where dogs and their owners enjoyed the surroundings of Malahide Castle.
Taking place September 10th and 11th, the latest event offers many dog-friendly activities for owners and their pets to participate in, including the Regatta Great Dog Walk, Clave Obedience Ring, and Chinwag Talk Stage. Learn some important tips and tricks.
In the Leader Main Arena, singer Jack Carter will host and pet experts Peter Wedderburn, Rob Walshe and Bobby Ortiz will provide advice on dog care and training.
DSPCA, which has renewed its partnership with Pups in the Park, will also host dog shows, “Sniffari” and an adoption parade. The parade gives potential owners the chance to meet dogs in the care of charities looking for a forever home.
DSPCA’s Suzanne McGovern hopes the charity will return to Pups in the Park because the event “not only promotes the charity’s work, but also helps raise important funds as part of a great day.” He said he was pleased with the
