DOHA: Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), Qatar’s leading digital bank, has announced the opening of its newest branch in Place Vendôme, Qatar’s newest luxury shopping mall.
With the opening of the new branch, QIB has expanded its footprint in Qatar, combining relationship banking and technology through a hybrid banking experience for its customers.
The QIB Place Vendôme branch, located in the recently opened luxury mall in Lusail, is best accessed from Gate 2 on the ground floor and is open Saturday to Thursday from 9am to 2:30pm and from 3:30pm. Open until 9pm. , and Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Despite the proliferation of online and digital banking services, there is still demand for face-to-face banking as customers continue to prioritize human interaction for their specific banking needs. QIB leverages digital technology to complement and enhance the branch experience by integrating offline and online, providing a blended experience to better onboard and serve customers.
QIB customers can apply for instant finance and instant credit from branches and complete the process via a mobile app. Meanwhile, new customers can open an account through the digital onboarding service available in the app and complete the process at any QIB branch.
QIB’s Place Vendôme branch self-service area is accessible 24/7 and features state-of-the-art ATMs for cash withdrawals, cash deposits and check deposits.
