The Dutch royal family again took pictures of the annual summer, but due to bad weather, the king, queen and three daughters moved the session from the beach to The Hague’s Nordeinde Palace.
Summer photography marks the beginning of the royal summer vacation and aims to ensure that their actual holidays remain free from the Dutch paparazzi. They also traditionally pose in the Austrian Alps during a winter sports trip.
But this year, the state information service RVD said sessions only take place when the whole family is together. My middle daughter Alexia is currently attending Atlantic College in Wales.
