Abdul Hamed KC, Managing Director of Rastec Group, Hanad Ali KC, Project Engineer and Director, and Director-Marketing Assad Mohammed KC have recently launched a project in Doha.
Doha: The Lastech Real Estate Division is diversifying into a new era in the real estate sector, owning and operating its own building in Ummsaral with 62 furnished executive bachelor suites and commercial space.
This facility shall provide a comfortable and convenient stay for single executives at an affordable rent.
The project is expected to be completed within a year and construction is underway.
Ras Trading & Services Co. (Rastec Group) has been successful in Qatar for over 20 years. The group consists of: RastecConsultancyDivision (ISO and other related certifications). Rastec Chemical Division (industrial chemical cleaning services in offshore and onshore locations); Rastec Trading Division (trading oil, gas and marine products in Barwa Village showrooms); Rastec Hospitality Division (materials and maintenance to the hotel division) Supply); Rastec Metal Division (purchase of surplus and scrap materials for the project); Rastec Real Estate Division (renting thousands of units such as villas, apartments, commercial spaces, etc., currently entering the construction sector).
The groundbreaking ceremony for the new apartment construction project was held in Ummsalal and the masonry was facilitated by Abdul Hamed KC, Managing Director of Rastec Group.
This is a KC Brothers pilot project. HanadAliKC (project engineer and director) and Asad Mohammed KC (director-marketing). They also have future plans and projects in line with Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Altani’s 2030 vision. They expect increasing demand for accommodation in all cities across Qatar and plan to rapidly expand their real estate portfolio to meet the increasing demand.
In the future, there are plans to include a freehold housing project that is affordable for middle-class foreigners.
