Transaction value of existing residential units decreased by 12.1% to MOP4.65 billion, while pre-sale residential unit transaction value decreased by 30.8% to MOP197 million.

In terms of average price per square meter of usable area, the overall average price of residential units fell by 1.3% quarter over quarter to MOP94,800.
