For projects approved on June 21, 2022, parcels will be offered at an affordable price without a construction contract.

In 2018, the Wiltz municipality purchased a 5.5-hectare area above the future town district “Wunnematder Wooltz”. After a four-year plan, 102 building blocks with a size of 2.3 to 12.1 acres will be created with the aim of building a high quality residential area. Land prices range from € 125,630 to € 575,225.

The “OP Peidert” project is being carried out in three phases. The first part of the land will be prepared in September 2022 so that housing construction can begin by September 2023. In December 2023, the next stage of construction is feasible, with the third stage scheduled for March 2024.

If you are interested, please submit your application to Thomas Fider of Wiltz, the notary of the project, by September 20, 2022. Find the required documents at www.heidert.lu or contact a notary public or the city council (heidert@wiltz.lu or phone 95). 99 39 84).

Only individuals are allowed to purchase parcels and are limited to one parcel per person or couple. It is possible to register interests in multiple parcels, but the applicant must specify the desired parcels. Persons associated with the Wiltz region will be given priority.

The project briefing will be held in Weidingen on July 8th and 9th.
