Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone has filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage.
The petition was filed last week in a court in Palm Beach County, Florida, where the couple own a home.
She is asking for exclusive use of her home in Florida, they own another home in California, and is asking to change the name back to Jennifer Flavin.
She also claims that the actors deliberately squandered money that should have been available to her, and is seeking a greater share of their assets.
Stallone has yet to file a response to the divorce petition, and emails to representatives seeking comment were not immediately returned.
The couple’s three daughters are all adults, so there are no custody issues.
Rocky and Rambo franchise star Sylvester Stallone, 76, married businesswoman and former model Jennifer Stallone, 54, in 1997 in London.
They dated for several years in the late 1980s and early 1990s before breaking up and later reconciling.
