Taylor Swift has released a new single titled “Written Alone at Midnight” for the upcoming movie “Where Crowdad Sings”.
His track, released late at night on Friday, reportsly plays the end credits for the movie version of the book by Delia Owens.
Swift, 32, shared a video of a movie clip on Instagram with the following captions: ..

“I wrote this alone in the middle of the night, then @aarondessner and I paid close attention to the sound we felt was real at the moment this story happened.

Eleven-time Grammy winner, she said she was “absolutely lost” when she read this book and wanted to be part of the musical side of the production.
Produced by Reese Witherspoon, the film follows the story of Ka, a girl who lives alone in a swamp in North Carolina and is surrounded by the mystery of a local murder.

Kya is played by British actress Daisy Edgar-Jones, who has been recognized for her role in Sally Rooney’s “ordinary people” BBC adaptation.
The Carolina release took place during Swift’s re-recording of the first six albums after master recording was acquired by talent manager Scooter Braun.
By creating a new version of the song, the star can regain ownership of the music.
She recently released a re-recording of This Love from her 2014 album 1989.
The release of this song suggests that it will be the next album that Swift will fully re-release in 1989.
Where the Crawdads Sing will be released in the UK on July 22nd.
