The latest wave of Covid-19 that hit Macau has canceled the 10th Macau International Travel (Industry) Expo, which was originally scheduled for July 8-10.

The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) said it is working with the event coordinator to notify units, exhibitors and participants of the postponement through various channels.

The MGTO said it was paying close attention to the development of the pandemic and would act in line with the Department of Health’s precautionary measures, the Macau Post Daily reported. So far, no future dates for the exposition have been proposed.
