Peter Rudre de Fleece’s TV show De Wereld Draait Door

According to Telegraaf reports, a Polish man arrested this week in connection with the shooting of investigative journalist Peter R. de Vries was associated with gang leader Ridouan Taghi.

Krystian M., 27, is suspected of instructing two men currently on trial for killing DeVries, who was shot dead on a busy street in Amsterdam last July.

Tagi has not been charged with the death of De Vries, but police believe the assassination was at his command. He is one of the 17 defendants in the ongoing Marengo trial and has been accused of organizing six assassinations in 18 months.

Telegraaf is M. Reported that his name appeared in a message between Taghi and his nephew Youssef in connection with a domestic dispute between a member of Taghi’s family and her ex-partner.

M. was asked to deal with his former partner after kicking the door of Tagi’s relatives and “going too far”.

Youssef was arrested last October in Vught’s high-security prison, where Taghi was held, on suspicion of attempting to organize a breakout.

He also allegedly tried to bribe a Moroccan judge who presided over a proceeding against two of Tagi’s brothers through contact in Antwerp. They allegedly accidentally killed the son of a Moroccan judge when attempting to target one of Tagi’s rivals.
