More than 3,300 participants of all ages and abilities walked the 4km along the Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade on Saturday night in a charity walk to promote inclusion.

Attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policy, Heng Swee Keet, and hosted by Son Gakuen, Minister for Social, Family Development and Home Affairs, the inaugural walk aims to bring Singapore together Community Chest Heartstrings Walk 2022 is part of Support communities in need.

Heartstrings Walk 2022 has raised nearly $2 million. The funds will go to over 100 social services agencies and over 200 vital programs through community chests to help people in need, including children with special needs and people with disabilities.

The 11th Annual Heartstrings Walk 2022 brings together family and friends to support a meaningful cause together in a year to celebrate the SG family.

Heartstrings Walk 2022 – co-sponsored with Marina Bay Sands – includes a Race to the Sky Vertical Marathon and a virtual walk ending October 2nd.
