Three people were taken to hospital after two cars collided late last night on North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish.

A police spokesperson said, “At approximately 11:30 pm on Friday, August 19, a serious two-vehicle accident involving two motorcycles occurred on North Shore Road, the intersection with Coney Island Road in Hamilton Parish. The clash was witnessed by police and other first responders.

“Both vehicles were initially traveling westward, but a man riding one of the motorbikes attempted to make a U-turn and the vehicles collided, according to information.

“The motorcycle rider is reported to be very seriously injured and has been transferred to KEMH for treatment. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
