Foreign tourists are allowed to travel to Indonesia on Visas on Arrival (VOA) and visas applied for on behalf of Indonesia (KBRI).
PCR tests are no longer required for entry into Indonesian territory. No more mandatory hotel quarantines if you have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before your departure time to Indonesia.
If you are unvaccinated (fully) unvaccinated, different regulations apply.

Domestic travel in Indonesia
From 25 August 2022, all foreign nationals aged 18 and over who originate from overseas travel must take a second vaccination to travel within Indonesia. Negative PCR or antigen test results are also not required.
