Polling stations have opened in Sweden and parliamentary elections are underway.

Elections will determine whether Magdalena Anderson can continue as prime minister or whether the opposition will take over power in the government.

Anderson and moderate leader Ulf Christerson had their final duel on Saturday. Gang crime and power crises were one of his main topics of discussion.
