According to the KNMI Meteorological Institute, the weather is expected to be cooler over the weekend with showers and sunshine.
The south-west of the Netherlands was given code yellow Friday afternoon as heavy rain is expected, but most of the country will be cloudy with temperatures between 18 and 19 degrees Celsius.
Rain is expected overnight with a temperature of 14 degrees, and Saturday will be cloudy with rain and a high of 20 degrees. Sunday will be warmer, sunny and mostly dry.
