Nahke Wells scored his first goal of the season in Bristol City’s 2-0 win at home to Luton Town in the Sky Bet Championship.

Wells made his first league start of the season and scored in the fifth minute with a right-footed shot from the center of the box.

Tommy Conway doubled the home side’s lead in the 27th minute with a shot from close range.

City were down to 10 men when Mark Sykes was sent off in the 67th minute.

Wells received a yellow card in the second half and was replaced by Chris Martin in the 76th minute.

City, who play Cardiff City at home on Sunday, are 14th in the standings.
