A young man is hospitalized Thursday night after being stabbed by Gardai in what he describes as a “serious assault” at Fairview.
After the incident in the northern suburbs of Dublin, the man was taken to Mator Hospital to treat some puncture wounds.
In a statement, the unit said:
“One man suffered numerous puncture wounds and was taken to Mater Misericordiae University Hospital to treat his injury.
“The scene has been preserved and an investigation is underway.”
